She Recruits is seeking an Operations Associate to support a high-performing sales and business development team within a nationally recognized, growth-oriented organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, natural organization, and a desire to grow in a client-facing, operationally strategic environment.
In this position, you'll report to regional leadership and work alongside ambitious sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, recruiting, event coordination, analytics, and more. This is an ideal launchpad for a high-potential early-career professional looking to develop into a leadership or client-facing role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Support business development efforts through meeting preparation, lead tracking, CRM updates, and account management
Assist with prospecting initiatives, presentation logistics, and client-facing events
Coordinate and document interviews, candidate follow-ups, and recruiting-related activities
Partner with internal teams to organize MY Relationship events and candidate dinners
Monitor and update reports in CRM, Workday, and Power BI, including expenses, receivables, and qualified leads
Help manage the day-to-day operations of the National Markets & Sales Team with flexibility and precision
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and process efficiency across departments
Support office, market, or regional initiatives as needed
Take on special projects related to operations, recruiting, marketing, or sales enablement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a high level of professional maturity
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Interest in leadership, personal development, and growth-oriented challenges
Commitment to a collaborative team environment and a strong work ethic
Ability to work a consistent 45-48 hours per week and be onsite four days weekly
Must reside within commuting distance of Wilmington or Philadelphia
Preferred Experience
1+ year of professional or internship experience in sales, recruiting, client service, or operations
Experience in a client-facing or high-collaboration setting
Familiarity with CRM tools, Power BI, or Workday is a plus
Advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus
