Driving the expansion of Compass AI, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will execute the product roadmap, lead discovery with institutional customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-powered tools that enhance student outcomes.
Key responsibilities- Execute against the Compass AI product roadmap, translating strategic direction into actionable work
- Lead structured discovery with customers to validate hypotheses and identify unmet needs for AI solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define clear, actionable work and maintain visibility on project progress
- 5+ years in product management with experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Direct experience with AI/ML products, particularly in enterprise or SaaS contexts
- Familiarity with higher education or edtech environments is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape and its implications for product development
