We are seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale organizational transformation initiative. This role will focus on process documentation, business readiness, project coordination, operational standardization, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing cross-functional work streams in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the inventory, creation, maintenance, and enhancement of process documentation related to transition activities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to document current-state and future-state processes.
  • Develop process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, operational runbooks, and checklists.
  • Maintain documentation repositories and enforce version control standards.
  • Identify documentation gaps, process dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
  • Support knowledge transfer initiatives and operational readiness efforts.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and execution across multiple work streams.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and manage action items.
  • Create and distribute project status reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks that could impact delivery.
  • Maintain project artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure deliverables and action items remain on schedule.
  • Serve as a liaison between business, technology, finance, HR, payroll, vendors, and other functional teams.
  • Gather requirements, document decisions, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Support change management and organizational readiness activities.
