Project Administrator ; Contractor

Position: Project Administrator I (Contractor)
Description Responsibilities Process system and application access requests through tools Manage and prioritize tickets based on business needs and SLAs. Monitor rosters and coordinate access for new and existing retail stores. Work with leadership and internal teams to resolve access issues. Maintain accurate ticket and access documentation. Provide timely follow-up and status updates. Participate in weekly meetings to review store needs and ticket backlogs.

Identify opportunities to improve support processes. Requirements Strong customer service, communication, organization, and follow-up skills. High attention to detail and accountability. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now preferred. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus. Retail, partner support, or access-management experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate: A self-directed, organized detail oriented who can manage tickets independently, prioritize competing requests, meet SLAs, and communicate effectively with internal teams and business partners.
