This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).OVERVIEW:

Glenmede is seeking a Product Associate to support the Client and Employee platform experience. This role will work closely with Platform Leads, business stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors to translate business needs into clear requirements, process documentation, user stories, testing plans, and adoption insights.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on with client centric platforms such as Salesforce or other CRM solutions, client portals, advisor desktop tools, workflow automation platforms, or similar financial services technology. The role requires strong curiosity about how data, process, user experience, and AI-enabled capabilities can improve service delivery, reduce friction, and support scalable operating practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client and Employee Platform Support Support Platform Leads through the discovery, analysis, and implementation of concurrent initiatives.

Partner with Stakeholders on discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workflow review, process mapping, feedback analysis, and current-state/future-state documentation.

Product Management Translate business needs into clear artifacts such as user stories with acceptance criteria, process flows, journey maps, decision logs, requirements, and test scenarios.

Assist Platform Leads in the delivery of initiatives bridging business teams and technical efforts clarifying requirements, documenting dependencies, and removing blockers

Change Management Support an iterative design lifecycle with user acceptance testing, validation, and collecting user feedback.

Drive Change Management and user adoption through trainings metric-backed adoption reporting.

Strengthen the data model of Salesforce and related systems including clean up, oversight, and controls.

Firm Building Assist with AI implementation by identifying use cases, defining business value, and validating outputs.

Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned and carry out all responsibilities in compliance with company policies, procedures and practices. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2-4 years of business analysis, product management or platform delivery.

Strong collaboration skills and professional presence with stakeholders across departments and levels.

Ability to gather requirements, document processes, translate stakeholder input into actionable deliverables, and communicate clearly with both business and technology audiences.

Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and see projects through discovery, delivery, testing, and adoption.

Interest in digital platforms, data quality, process improvement, and emerging AI capabilities.

Experience with client platforms such as Salesforce/CRM, client portals, financial advisor data is a plus.
