Account management doesn't happen in a vacuum—it requires coordinated support to ensure client needs are met consistently and issues are resolved before they escalated. As our Account Management Coordinator, you'll serve as product expert and trusted partner during new client onboarding and ongoing service delivery. You'll work across business functions to track performance, research complex issues, and support Account Managers during critical moments like contract renewals and open enrollment.

Your ability to maintain accurate client records, elevate to appropriate experts, and follow through until resolution directly determines whether clients experience seamless support or frustrating service gaps.

• Ensure client satisfaction:
  Collaborate across business functions to meet client needs while following through on outstanding items until resolution.
• Monitor client performance:
  Track internal performance to confirm client expectations are consistently met while maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records.
• Resolve complex issues:
  Research issues, access necessary resources, and elevate to appropriate internal experts for comprehensive resolution.
• Support client engagement:
  Participate in and host client meetings as needed while assisting in organizing open enrollment strategies, health fairs, and employee education sessions.
• Assist with renewals:
  Support Account Managers during contract renewal process while providing ongoing analysis and strategic input for client success.

• 1+ years experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
• Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service preferred
• Comfort working with HR Directors and Executives

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively across business functions
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of team

Compensation:
This position offers a base salary range of $25-$31, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
