Job Description
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee adherence to safety protocols and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and material orders.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to senior management and clients regularly.
- Provide leadership and support to on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent should have:
- 10+ years Proven experience in supervising commercial construction projects up to $20M.
- Experienced in managing internal and external teams on site
- Effortlessly liasion between subcontractors, vendors, owners, other stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide on-site personnel effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage project timelines and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during project execution.
- Competitive pay, ranging from $103500 to $126500 annually.
- A solid pipeline of projects, ensuring long-term stability and opportunities for professional growth.
