Construction Management Graduate – Project Engineer

Recent Construction Management or Civil Engineering Graduate?

We're looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Project Engineer. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on active construction projects throughout the Philadelphia area.

• How construction projects are managed from start to finish
• Scheduling and project planning
• Budget tracking and cost management
• Reading plans and specifications
• Working with subcontractors and vendors
• Field operations and jobsite coordination
• Contract administration
• Project documentation and reporting

• Supporting Project Managers on active construction projects
• Assisting with project schedules and project documentation
• Tracking material deliveries and subcontractor activities
• Participating in jobsite meetings
• Coordinating with field personnel and project stakeholders
• Reviewing drawings and construction plans
• Learning how projects are estimated, managed, and completed

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Graduation within the last 24 months or graduating soon
• Internship, co-op, summer construction experience, or student project experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term construction career
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Local to the Philadelphia area or able to commute daily
