Heavy Civil Equipment Operator

• $28–$38/hour

• Consistent full-time schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers

• Perform grading, cut and fill, and site preparation

• Execute trenching and excavation for utilities and sitework

• Read and follow blueprints and daily work plans

• Work safely in active job sites

• Coordinate with crew members on-site

• Inspect and maintain equipment

• Follow OSHA and company safety standards

• Travel to and work on commercial construction projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area while reporting to the Aston, PA home base

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience

• Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework

• Ability to read blueprints and site layouts

• Strong understanding of job site safety practices

• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with field crews

• Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent attendance and contribute effectively in a team environment

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Aston, PA and surrounding job sites
