Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging construction professional looking to gain hands-on project management experience while working alongside experienced industry leaders.
What You'll Do
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects to ensure milestones and project goals are achieved.
* Track and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, cut sheets, and other project controls.
* Support field inspections and help ensure projects are built according to design standards and owner expectations.
* Prepare and maintain daily reports, safety logs, subcontractor manpower reports, and equipment tracking documentation.
* Assist with jobsite safety efforts and support compliance with OSHA standards.
* Coordinate site logistics and temporary facilities, including jobsite offices and communication systems.
* Record and distribute meeting minutes.
* Help manage punch list items, project closeout activities, and other project management responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with project teams, contractors, and clients.
* Proficiency with project documentation and construction administration processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
