Site Superintendent

The Site Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, particularly in the medical office sector and adaptive reuse projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day construction operations and site activities
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and report on status to management
• Maintain quality control and ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate project completion

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in medical office and adaptive reuse projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or relevant construction certifications are a plus
