Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

A fast-growing East Coast construction firm, with a clear path toward $500m in revenue, is expanding its multifamily presence in the Philadelphia market. They're looking for a Project Manager whose real depth is in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and who can also assist in running a project end to end.

You’ll join an established, financially strong company at a genuine inflection point in a new market, which means real visibility, real ownership, and real room to grow as they scale.

Multifamily / Mixed Use developments ranging from $10M to $150M across the Philadelphia market.

• Own MEP coordination, planning, and execution across projects, catching issues in design and preconstruction before they reach the field
• Assist projects end to end, budgets, buyout, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change management
• Lead and coordinate MEP subcontractors, holding scope, quality, and schedule
• Partner closely with superintendents, estimators, and design teams to keep delivery seamless
• Manage cost control, forecasting, and reporting to keep projects profitable
• Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

• 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily or commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage a full project, not only the MEP scope
• Experience with construction management software (Procore or similar)
• Leadership and communication skills that keep subcontractors, trades, and internal teams aligned
