Requirements Must have:

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a similar discipline.
• Advanced degree (such as a Masters) is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related domain.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as STC or CPTC.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in help authoring tools like Mad Cap Flare or Adobe Frame Maker.

• Experience with Agile development processes and version control systems.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with graphics design and multimedia development software.
