Your Impact:
As a key marketing partner to our media teams, the Associate Director, Video Investment, plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of CMI Media Group. Embrace our values as you lead the development of innovative video media strategies across platforms like Advanced TV, OTT/CTV, OLV/Digital Video, and more. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the development of Video media strategies, incorporating audience insights, custom data, and creative recommendations.
- Sophisticated Partner Selection: Provide recommendations based on advanced data and analytics, creating multi-faceted, cross-channel partnerships aligned with client KPIs.
- Excellence in Execution: Ensure timely, accurate, and excellent output of video plans, collaborating seamlessly with comms design, planning, digital, and analytics teams.
- Best Practices Development: Work closely with the Department Lead to develop best practices and contribute valuable insights to video campaign planning and management.

- Leadership Excellence: 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role, showcasing your leadership prowess.
- Video Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Video publisher, platform, and audience supplier ecosystem, with hands-on experience in Advanced TV, Digital Video, and Connected TV media buying.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrate advanced technical and negotiating skills, contributing to the selection of strategic partners and maximizing efficiency.
- Digital Acumen: Showcase a strong understanding of digital platforms, coupled with robust project management skills.
- Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, possessing detailed knowledge of client business issues, consumer trends, and market dynamics.
- Healthcare Focus: A background in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals is a plus, reflecting your understanding of this specialized market.
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, or a related analytical field.
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
