Position SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Relations Expert to drive customer satisfaction across our national and regional customer base. In this role, you will track, resolve, and learn from customer execution challenges to foster improvement moving forward.
What You Will Owner- Enhance customer satisfaction metrics across our diverse customer base.
- Manage the issue lifecycle and oversee the ticketing system.
- Analyze depot performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor operator and chain satisfaction levels to ensure optimal service.
- Report on customer issues and trends to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Centralize and optimize the customer service system using tools like Zendesk or similar CRM platforms.
- Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strengthen operational dependability through effective communication and processes.
- Foster cross-functional alignment between sales, supply chain, and operations teams to streamline efforts.
- Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (.g., Zendesk) and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
