Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, changes, and cancellations.;
Secure payment; verify and adjust billing; complete cashier and closing reports.;
Activate and file room keys; process wake-up calls.;
Respond to guest requests and relay messages; provide information about property amenities and local areas of interest.;
Follow up on outstanding requests or problems from the previous day; run and review daily reports/logs; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
