Operate Box Office and Concession POS systems and handle cash accurately;
Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell premium viewing experiences;
Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, and enforce MPAA rating guidelines;
Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas; assist with opening/closing duties;
Provide excellent guest service and respond to guest inquiries per company policies
