Owning the onboarding and ongoing success of employers with fewer than 3,000 employees, the full-time remote Senior Account Management Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a seamless experience and promoting the Rula benefit through collaboration with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities- Manage the onboarding process and support employers in navigating the Employer Portal
- Deliver customized communications and support employer campaigns to enhance engagement with the Rula benefit
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience in a B2B organization, preferably in employee benefits, healthcare, or SaaS
- Proven ability to partner with employee benefits brokers and consultants to drive successful customer outcomes
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with external partners
