Position Summary
- The Coordinator of Visit Experience serves as the operational lead for campus visit programs, admissions events, and student visitor experience initiatives. Providing direct support to the Director of Visit Experience, this position oversees the daily execution of visit operations, develops student leaders, coordinates large-scale events, and partners with departments across the university to create welcoming, organized, inclusive and engaging experiences for prospective students and their families.

The role also entails building trainings for all students on the topics of professionalism, public speaking skills, and polished behaviors for the workforce and visitor facing environment. The Coordinator of Visit Experience must have the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with students, faculty, administrators, staff and the public. It is critical that the coordinator possesses and utilizes excellent customer service as it relates to hosting campus guests, the ability to support and plan large-scale events, and has an eye for detail.

Essential Duties
- Visitor Experience Operations Coordinate and support the prospective student visit experience, including daily campus tours, group visits, special events, and other recruitment activities. Plan and execute school and community group visits from start to finish, including scheduling, reserving campus spaces, coordinating student tour guides, and communications. Ensure daily visitor logistics are in place, including reserved parking signage, parking passes, visitor communications, and other hospitality-related details.

Manage inventory of visit and event materials. Regularly assess admissions events and visit programs, recommending improvements based on feedback, observations, and previous successes. Offer creative ideas and process improvements that enhance visitor engagement, event quality, and operational effectiveness. Event Planning & Logistics Assist in the planning and execution of all major admissions events and campus visit programs. Ensure event information across websites, emails, and other communication platforms is accurate and up to date.

Assist with the planning and execution of university-wide events as requested, including leading assigned event components and coordinating staff and student assignments. Student Leadership & Development Provide daily supervision and support for the Admissions Campus Explorers (ACE) and Student Team for Admissions and Recruitment (STAR) student staff. Design, facilitate, and continuously improve training and professional development for ACE and STAR student employees, with an emphasis on professionalism, public speaking, customer service, and visitor engagement.

Develop and maintain weekly student work schedules, assign daily responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide coaching and performance feedback. Foster student leadership by mentoring and developing student employees to serve as effective representatives for La Salle University. Cross-Campus Partnerships & Communication Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Enrollment staff and university partners (staff, faculty, vendors, etc.) to ensure admissions events and visit programs are effectively planned and executed.

Provide day-to-day operational support to the Visit Experience team, collaborating with professional and student staff to ensure successful execution of department initiatives.
