Client Relations Specialist

Join our fully remote team at THR & Associates and help us grow a global business in precious metals and collectibles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the US and internationally. Deliver a white-glove support experience that keeps our customers loyal and engaged. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients get maximum value from our platform.

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy when handling client issues
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls
• Proactively identify client needs and share feedback with product and operations teams
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for new and existing clients
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention, escalating risks when necessary
