As a Customer Support Service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and candidates, helping to resolve inquiries, coordinate placements, and ensure a positive experience at every stage of the staffing process. You will work closely with recruiters, account managers, and internal teams to keep communication clear, accurate, and timely.
With a yearly salary range of $72,500 - $75,800 USD, this position offers a stable, full-time opportunity to grow within a supportive staffing and recruiting environment. The role is based on-site in Dalton, providing direct collaboration with colleagues and hands‑on exposure to the day‑to‑day operations of the business.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about job openings, staffing processes, and company services
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and placement activities
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to support hiring and placement workflows
- Resolve routine issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate team members
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction with services received
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and documentation for new placements
- Support scheduling of interviews, orientations, and client meetings
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal communication
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information responsibly
- Meet daily and weekly service targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall staffing and recruiting goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level experience in customer service, staffing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on‑site in Dalton with a full‑time schedule
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and office software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn staffing and recruiting processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, account managers, and office staff
- Preferred: previous experience in a staffing, recruiting, or call center environment
- Preferred: familiarity with applicant tracking systems or customer relationship management tools
