Overall DescriptionAs a Wayfinding Coordinator (UI/UX Design) on SEPTA's Customer Experience Design team, you will help shape how millions of riders interact with transit through intuitive, accessible, and customer-centered digital experiences. Your work will improve how customers plan trips, navigate transit, and receive real-time service information on web, mobile, and station and on-board digital screens. Reporting to SEPTA's Manager of Wayfinding, your work will help lead SEPTA's digital customer experience transformation, as SEPTA moves to become a best-in-class mobility provider.

You will be supported by industry-leading colleagues while applying SEPTA's design standards, accessibility requirements, and brand identity across every project. You'll have the opportunity to learn from customers in stations and on vehicles, conduct user research, prototype and test new digital experiences, and translate real-world rider behavior into thoughtful, data-informed design solutions.
