-based manufacturing company specializing in point-of-purchase displays and custom retail fixtures.

The company combines design, technical production, and manufacturing to transform creative concepts into functional, production-ready solutions for retail environments. The team works in a hands‑on environment where design accuracy, production feasibility, visual quality, and collaboration between design and fabrication are essential.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Design Production Specialist to prepare customer‑supplied designs for final production in both 2D and 3D formats.

This role combines CAD modeling in Solid Works with artwork preparation in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You will ensure technical drawings, CAD models, and artwork files are accurate, properly documented, and ready for manufacturing while collaborating with production staff from design preparation through fabrication and assembly.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in Industrial Design, CAD Design, Production Art, Prepress, or a related discipline who enjoys turning creative designs into production‑ready files.

You’ll combine CAD, industrial design, graphic production, and manufacturing while working on real‑world physical products and custom retail environments. The role provides direct exposure to fabrication and assembly processes and an opportunity to further develop your Solid Works and production‑focused design expertise.

• Prepare and modify customer‑supplied designs for production.
• Create and update 2D and 3D CAD files using Solid Works or similar CAD software.
• Review technical drawings for accuracy and production readiness.
• Make design adjustments based on manufacturing requirements and production feedback.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.

• Prepare and adjust artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Review graphics and artwork to ensure files are production‑ready.
• Adjust layouts, dimensions, and production files as needed.
• Maintain consistency between artwork and technical drawings.

• Collaborate with production staff throughout fabrication and assembly.
• Respond to production feedback and make necessary design or artwork revisions.
• Ensure design files contain the information required for successful manufacturing.
• Manage multiple CAD, artwork, and production files while maintaining accurate version control and documentation.
• Support Bills of Materials (BOMs) when applicable.

• Proficiency in Solid Works or other CAD software.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for artwork preparation and adjustments.
• Background in Industrial Design, CAD Design, Production Art, Prepress, or a related field, through formal education or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work with both 2D and 3D design files.
• Strong attention to detail across technical drawings and graphic files.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files, revisions, and documentation.
