Delaware County Community College (DCCC), located outside of the Philadelphia Metro area, is looking for a talented and dynamic Adjunct Instructor to join our team of faculty who are committed to student success. Adjunct Instructor who subscribes to the notion of meeting students where they are!

The Communication, Arts & Humanities (CAH) Division of Delaware County Community College is seeking an Adjunct Philosophy Instructor to teach in-person, 100-level courses including Introduction to Philosophy and Contemporary Moral Problems for day and evening offerings.

Courses will be offered in person at our campus locations in:

• SOUTHEAST CENTER
• DOWNINGTOWN

Seeking instructors to teach introductory-level Philosophy courses, including Introduction to Philosophy and Contemporary Moral Problems. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging instruction, facilitating class discussion, assessing student learning, and maintaining regular communication with students.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in Philosophy
• Prior college-level teaching experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to teach introductory philosophy and applied ethics courses

Since adjunct faculty positions are ongoing pooled positions, your materials will remain on file and reviewed on an as-needed basis for adjunct faculty positions throughout the upcoming academic year.
