Hello College in the United States is seeking an experienced College Counselor to guide a caseload of students and families through our program with virtual counseling, workshops, and resources. You will ensure each student completes the program and achieves college goals while helping the company grow.
The role is mid-level, reporting to the Director of Counseling. You will manage up to 150 students, maintain high contact/retention metrics, and lead online workshops.
