Anticipated Paraprofessional Positions for the 2026-2027 school year

Paraprofessional Position

These anticipated paraprofessional positions will be available for the start of the  school year, August 25, 2026. These positions are 7.5 hours a day, Monday through Friday. The salary and benefits are in accordance with the Support Association Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement. Paraprofessionals provide students and staff with instructional and/or behavioral support within the school environment. Applicants with an associate's degree;

two (2) years of study at an institution of higher education (48 credits) or "Highly Qualified" Pennsylvania paraprofessional certification will be considered. Candidates must possess an understanding of and have empathy for students at the designated level. Completion of a successful interview(s) is required along with meeting all local standards and requirements. Hourly rate effective will be $21.40/hour.
