The Education Coordinator is a full-time, community-embedded role at the heart of Al-Bustan's in-school education programs. Reporting to the Education Manager, the Education Coordinator is the organization's primary on-the-ground presence in Philadelphia schools - attending programs, supporting teaching artists, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that students and school partners experience Al-Bustan's work with care and consistency. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a genuine passion for Arab arts and culture, a strong work ethic, and the organizational skills and interpersonal warmth to represent Al-Bustan well in school and community settings.

Build positive, trusted relationships with teaching artists and school staff through regular, reliable presence.

Serve as a point of contact for logistical needs and questions between school visits and program sessions.

Support the Education Manager in maintaining school partnership documentation including MOUs and program schedules.
