Learning Content Designer – Transformation

• Design and write learner-centred content aligned to outcomes, skills, and behaviours
• Translate complex, technical, and specialist knowledge into practical learning experiences
• Apply instructional design principles to support performance and behaviour change
• Use generative AI for drafting, content variation, scenarios, examples, practice activities, summarisation, and restructuring
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across services and regions
• Design learning across instructor-led, self-paced, digital, blended, and campaign-based formats
• Create modular, reusable learning assets for LMS/LXP, workplace platforms, and the flow of work
• Apply accessibility, inclusion, and ERM learning design standards
• Coordinate learning logistics, instructor communications, virtual session setup, calendars, records, and LMS data
• Support learners and provide live coordination and hosting during training sessions
• Monitor attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics
• Prepare and distribute learning materials with Global Learning Program Leads
• Support programme evaluation, continuous improvement, and process documentation
• Support GDPR and internal data protection compliance
• Liaise with IT and HRIS teams on Workday and SSO integrations

• Strong instructional design, learning content writing, and sense-making skills
• Ability to independently design and write learning content aligned to defined outcomes, skills, and behaviours
• Experience distilling complex, technical, or specialist information into usable learning content
• Effective use of generative AI tools for drafting, content variation, scenario generation, summarisation, and iterative development
• Strong judgment to validate accuracy, relevance, ethical AI use, and learning effectiveness
• Experience designing instructor-led, self-paced, digital, blended, and campaign-based learning
• Ability to create modular, reusable learning content for the flow of work
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with SMEs across regions and services
• Experience with learning content development tools, LMS/LXP, Teams, and Share Point
• Awareness of accessibility, inclusion, and learning design standards
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
• Familiarity with LMS platforms;
  Cornerstone OnDemand preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Demonstrates expertise in instructional design and learning content development, utilizing generative AI tools to create engaging, learner-centered materials. Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with accessibility and data protection standards.
