Learning Coordinator

Monthly Pay: $7,200 - $7,900 USD per month

This fully remote, Pennsylvania-based full-time Learning Coordinator supports training programs for teams serving policyholders and account holders. You will keep learning activities organized from course setup through completion reporting.

• Maintain LMS rosters, course catalogs, and completion records.
• Coordinate virtual sessions, facilitator materials, invitations, and attendance.
• Prepare learner guides, job aids, and post-session resources.
• Track evaluations and share participation trends with learning partners.
• Respond to learner questions about assignments, access, and deadlines.

• Experience supporting training, learning programs, or people operations preferred.
• Comfort navigating an LMS and virtual learning platforms.
• Ability to format course materials and maintain learner records.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning content.
• Clear written follow-through with facilitators, learners, and program contacts.
• Remote-first work supporting distributed learning programs.
• Exposure to learning technology and training program operations.
• Collaborative environment with coaching on learning coordination practices.
