Safety Coordinator

Our client is a well-known producer of food products. Due to growth seeking a Safety Coordinator to join the manufacturing team. Primary duties include:

+ Assist in the training and administration of the company's safety programs as part of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

+ Assist with manufacturing teams to ensure working conditions are safe in accordance with SOP's, OSHA and GMP.

Position reports to Safety Manager.

Ideal candidates for Safety Coordinator will possess the following.

+ Formal training in Safety/EHS (Bachelor's degree, CSP, ASP, etc.)

+ Understanding of OSHA standards

+ 2+ year's experience in a food production and high-volume environment

Salary up to $70k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k, etc.

** Pay Details:**  $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
