Base pay range$50.00/yr - $50.00/yr
Amass Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Specialist to support a dynamic portfolio of electric utility infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, substations, and telecommunication systems. This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact team working on the First Energy – Energizing the Future Program.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 (20–200 activities).
- Support 5–6 Project Managers on various design and construction phases.
- Load and maintain resources within schedules.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on project control deliverables.
- Compare schedules to financial data to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Understand and communicate technical progress of electric utility T&D and telecom projects.
- Analyze and integrate schedule data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Collaborate across project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (T&D or Utility project scheduling preferred).
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 (2–5 years), MS Office, Power BI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Entry-level applicants with strong P6 skills will be considered.
- Drug screening may be required.
- Onsite role – must be within commuting range or willing to relocate.
