Project Manager, Environmental Engineer, Civil Engineering

Verdantas is seeking a
** Civil Project Manager
** in our
** Wilkes-Barre, PA
** office to support civil/site and land development projects from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys blending project coordination + client service + technical civil engineering support, while developing toward full project management ownership with mentorship.  You will support project delivery and progressively take on project management responsibilities, including:
Ability to travel to support field services including but not limited to constructability walkdowns, environmental delineations, geotechnical, inspections, etc.

Support scope development and proposal/pursuit tasks (draft scopes, gather inputs, assist fee/budget setup).  program (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.  Familiarity with civil/site design fundamentals (grading, stormwater, permitting workflow exposure through coursework, internships, or early career experience)

Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus). Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites/meetings as needed.
