• Independently lead complex customer engagements and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) with clear execution plans

• Maintain deep knowledge of the AEC competitive landscape and provide insights to the sales team
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share industry insights that shape the roadmap

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Technology, or AEC industry
• Technical familiarity with core AEC design and collaboration tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Procore)
• Strong experience with process-centric solution selling and ability to work with various customer roles
• Broad knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure, network impacts on CAD, and data governance
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to handle objections in real-time

• Hobbyist or light coding experience
• Familiarity with additional AEC industry tools or technologies
• Experience in consultative selling approaches
• Knowledge of additional SaaS applications related to the AEC industry
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing technical role
