Navy Validator II

Management and Engineering Technologies International (METI) is looking for an experienced Navy Validator to work alongside the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division to support an active Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) contract in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties:

• Demonstrates ability to collect, organize, summarize, and report on various data sets.
• Demonstrates familiarity and understanding of all subject areas in A&A.
• Average to above- average familiarity and understanding of Navy RDT&E and business systems, systems and infrastructure.
• Applies Navy A&A guidance to Navy A&A e?orts.
• The Intermediate Level Navy Validator works under the supervision of a Fully Quali?ed Navy Validator.

• Active Department of Defense SECRET clearance required.
• Minimum Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT field.
• Target of 2 years' experience working with Navy A&A.
• Demonstrated experience in MS O?ce products, Visio, and scanning software/hardware.
• Knowledge of and experience with evaluating hardware/software functional requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop documentation, prepare ?nal deliverable reports, and destruction of documents, as required.
• Demonstrated experience in strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess "Intermediate Level Navy Validator Certi?cate" from the Navy Certi?cation Authority (CA).
• The Intermediate Level Navy Validator has an excellent understanding of the A&A process but needs additional experience or certi?cations to meet the Fully Quali?ed Level.
• Four (4) years IA or A&A experience, completed Department of the Navy (DON) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Validator training course. Hold active Navy Validator Level II Credentials.
