The Role:

The Senior Structural Manager will serve as the critical link between the structural engineering team and the project management group. You will work alongside four talented engineers, providing technical leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure design integrity and execution excellence.

This is a highly visible leadership position with direct impact on major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee structural design efforts across multiple large-scale projects
• Collaborate closely with four in-house structural engineers
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and project management teams
• Ensure designs meet budget, schedule, and constructability goals
• Review calculations, drawings, and specifications for quality and compliance
• Support field teams during construction to ensure proper execution of structural intent
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and project coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (SE preferred)
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale structural projects
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership ability
• Experience working closely with construction and project management teams
