-Mobile Device Testing Experience

Core Responsibilities:

-Develop & execute test plans for wireless devices & accessories

Manage bug reporting/resolution & perform SW upgrades using OEM tools

Validate test results, execute regression & adhoc testing

Test & certify MRs/Security MRsManage test samples (activation, deactivation, upgrades, tracking)
Collect logs, reports, troubleshooting & field testing as needed

Use JIRA & Confluence for tracking/reporting

Work with LTE & 5G RF/Core technologies

Collaborate across stakeholders & development teams

Experience &

Education:

-5+ years product development/tech management3+ years mobile/wireless testing

Bachelor's in CS / Electronics / Telecom / Engineering Other Skills Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership & documentation

Experience with functional, regression, performance testing

Familiarity with MNO/MVNO certification processes

Android & iOS OS/device knowledge (Smartphones, iPads, Watches)
Knowledge of SIM & eSIM technologies
