Job Summary

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to provide enhanced technical support across multiple concurrent project teams in a dynamic research and development environment. Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to the development and validation of cutting‑edge systems and components, ensuring compliance with established protocols while bringing creative problem‑solving approaches to complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades across multiple project teams
  • Package systems and components for domestic and international shipping with appropriate care and documentation
  • Develop creative solutions to challenging technical problems while ensuring compliance with established protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional staff including engineers, designers, and fellow technicians
  • Support testing activities from initial concept through verification and validation phases and beyond as necessary
  • Apply mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions
  • Handle multiple concurrent projects while understanding task priorities and planning daily activities accordingly
