You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, developing technical solutions, preparing quotations, supporting product development initiatives, and helping drive the continued growth of the business.

The Role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop technical solutions and cost estimates based on customer requirements
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver projects successfully
• Support business development activities, customer visits, and industry events

The Candidate:

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Technical sales, applications engineering, customer-facing engineering, or customer service experience preferred
