A well-established and growing consulting engineering firm is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its team in either New York City or Pennsylvania. Known for delivering high-quality building systems across healthcare, institutional, and commercial sectors, the firm offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. • Leading the design and development of HVAC and mechanical systems for complex building projects
• Overseeing project delivery from concept through construction while ensuring quality and efficiency
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and innovative solutions
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
• Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements across all projects
• Contributing to strategic initiatives and helping establish best practices within the mechanical discipline

• 10 or more years of experience in mechanical or HVAC design
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong experience with Revit and mechanical design tools
• Background in healthcare projects preferred
• Proven leadership ability with interest in growing into a trade leader role
• Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote
• Flexibility to work from either New York City or Pennsylvania location
