Ultrasound Product Industrialization Engineer

As a Product Industrialization Engineer, you will directly contribute to technology that saves lives, improves patient outcomes, and reduces the cost of medicine worldwide. In this role, you will drive design for manufacturability into product requirements and design, while developing and launching new Ultrasound System production lines.

• Partner with R&D teams to optimize new product designs for manufacturability and assembly.
• Provide technical support and root‑cause analysis to resolve production floor issues, including yield challenges and nonconforming product.
• Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate across engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle—planning, design, review, implementation, testing, and delivery—ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of documentation for production release, including process requirements, DfX, PFMEA, process validation, manufacturing control plans, and work instructions.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring 5+ years of experience applying engineering principles in a manufacturing environment and have demonstrated strong analytical and methodical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide technical leadership in ambiguous situations.
• You have working knowledge of supply chain/manufacturing principles; implementation of Design for Excellence inputs to designs; and knowledge of statistical methods (Process Capability, SPC, Trend Analysis).
• You can successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $93,000 to $150,000 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered.
