Responsibilities

• Performance of assigned non-destructive testing.
• Prioritize and delegate testing services in accordance with company policy.
• Development of NDE procedures, technical data sheets and addendums.
• Read, interpret and perform testing in accordance with provided drawings.
• Verify accuracy of all written reports prior to delivery.
• Properly maintain all records and historical data.
• Review and respond to customer RFQ in a timely manner.
• Manage professional relationship and customer service.
• Drive performance goals and turn-around.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Track and monitor professional development.
• Foster positive customer relationships and generate new leads.
• Overall responsibility for financial objectives and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned by company ownership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge and experience with the following standards: MIL-STD-2132, T9074-AS-G1B-010/271, SNT-TC-1A, ASTM Standards, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, AWS Standards, 250-1500-1.
• Experience in Liquid Penetrant & Magnetic Particle testing in accordance with ASNT (minimum).
• Certified in a minimum of (2) of the following examination methods:
  Radiographic, Visual, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic.
