Technical Operations Manager - IMS Technology Services

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AV and event technology projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, client services) to design and implement integrated audio‑visual, webcasting, and hybrid event solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations for hardware, software, and service components.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and post‑event debriefs to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications across all technical deployments.

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or project management within AV, event production, or unified communications.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale hybrid and virtual events, including webcasting and live streaming.
• Strong knowledge of AV integration, signal flow, and unified communications platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
