Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects
You've never been satisfied with "good enough." You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you'll do exactly that. You'll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we're transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.
Because "good enough" builds the past. You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.
The work:
- You'll develop detailed cost plans and estimates in close collaboration with clients, factoring in unique pharmaceutical and life sciences requirements like site layout, GMP, and operational constraints.
- You'll prepare and present cost estimates, budget updates, and strategic cost advice to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- You'll drive value engineering and provide strategic cost insights to guide decision-making, with a constant focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- You'll manage the full RFP process and oversee pre- and post-contract administration, ensuring adherence to stringent validation and regulatory protocols.
- You'll perform bid evaluations and cost negotiations while maintaining rigorous quality assurance across all team deliverables to mitigate risk.
- You'll serve as the key liaison between site managers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution within pharma/life sciences protocols.
- You'll prepare and maintain critical project documents—including reports, contracts, and risk assessments—ensuring full traceability and audit readiness.
- You'll lead client meetings, monitor internal resources, and ensure follow-through on action items to maintain stakeholder alignment and transparency.
- You'll review landlord leases and project documentation for compliance, advising on strategic improvements to meet client and regulatory standards.
- You'll work onsite at our client's location to enable seamless project delivery and cultivate strong, trusted partnerships.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Here's what you'll need:
