We are seeking to hire candidates for our Senior Project, and Project Engineer positions in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Power Engineering. These positions support SEPTA's Mission by ensuring projects are designed and constructed in compliance with standard specifications, contract specifications, contract plans, FRC, and Federal Railroad Administration (FTA) Regulations.
SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - STARTING SALARY: $
These positions are responsible for undertaking engineering/quality assurance assignments that are considered to be of "significant complexity" in size and scope. This position is further responsible for providing technical support and direction for engineering/quality assurance activities including the definition and coordination for design review and implementation. Also, establishing inspection plans, program/project development and consulting, statistical methods, audits, and continuous improvement approaches.
Bachelor's Degree and seven years of relevant engineering experience is required. $5,000 salary increase for those with a PE/RA License
PROJECT ENGINEER - STARTING SALARY: $
These positions are responsible for undertaking engineering/quality assurance assignments that are considered to be "complex" in size and scope. This position is further responsible for providing support for engineering activities and continuous improvement approaches. Bachelor's Degree and five years of relevant engineering experience is required. Mentors available for those seeking EIT registration/$5,000 salary increase for those with a PE/RA License.
