Summary:
The experimental operations Technician will assist the Supervisor to support flight test operational activity, perform reconfiguration activity to ensure aircraft is properly fitted for each certification and experimental test activity, and perform functional test procedures to ensure mechanical systems are functioning within design parameters. The Technician will perform mechanical system troubleshooting to identify non-conformities and defects. Overtime and weekend work is expected.

Requirements:
- 10 years of aviation experience
- A&P License (Preferred)
- Skilled in Mechanical & Structural Operations
- Experience working on Tilt-Rotor aircraft (Preferred)
- Experience work on experimental / development aircraft (Preferred)
- Must be able to work any shift (Days/Swing/Nights)
- Must be able to travel for off-site aircraft testing
