Operations Engineer
We're looking for an Operations Engineer to help us scale with precision. Not to manage factories, but to unlock their next level. You'll be the link between engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, on-site and in the weeds, finding better ways to build, faster ways to ship, and smarter ways to deliver consistently exceptional quality. A core part of this role: leading the rollout of automation across our global facilities.
We're finishing our first implementation now so you're joining at the perfect moment to take automation from pilot to playbook. This role is hands-on and involves full-stack operations. One week, you're on the floor spotting a bottleneck. Next, you're optimizing a robotic workflow or working with a supplier to cut lead time in half. You'll travel, debug, and drive performance across a global footprint.
You'll Do
- Own manufacturing performance across multiple global partners
- Visit facilities regularly to troubleshoot, tune, and elevate
- Spot issues before they scale, then solve them for good
- Improve throughput, reduce costs, and raise quality
- Lead automation implementation and scaling across factories
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and ops to get end-to-end wins
- Turn messy data into clean insight and action
- Be the go-to problem-solver across geographies, time zones, and teams
- A degree in mechanical engineering
- Hands-on factory experience, at least 5 years
- A sharp analytical mindset, with a bias toward practical action
- Experience leading automation projects or working with robotic systems
- Familiarity with root-cause investigations and quality resolution
- Excellent collaboration skills across functions and cultures
- A love for digging into problems until they disappear
- A valid authorization to work in the United States.
- Based in New Jersey or Philadelphia, PA.
