Location - Hyderabad

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 12 - 14 years of hands‑on experience in Industrial Operations, Data Center Projects, Critical Facility Operations & Maintenance, or similar industries.
• Proven experience in handling Mechanical and Electrical components for medium to large-scale industrial projects.

The role will be responsible for leading and managing the expediting function to ensure the timely manufacturing and delivery of mechanical and electrical equipment across multiple projects. The role requires close coordination with vendors, procurement, quality, and project teams while leading a team of field expediters across Pan India to ensure adherence to project schedules and successful project execution.

• Lead and manage a team of 10 - 15 field expediters located across Pan India.
• Monitor and expedite manufacturing activities at vendor facilities to ensure timely delivery of mechanical equipment, fabricated components, and project materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, quality, and project stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular review meetings with vendors and clients to monitor project progress.
• Plan and allocate expediting resources effectively to meet project timelines.
• Drive competency mapping, mentoring, and performance improvement of the expediting team.
• Visit vendor facilities whenever required to provide technical guidance, implement improvement initiatives, and resolve critical manufacturing or delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and contractual delivery commitments.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and monitor equipment readiness before dispatch.

• Strong experience in Data Center, Power, Oil & Gas, Industrial Plants, EPC, or Infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on knowledge of critical equipment manufacturing and expediting, including:
• Air‑Cooled Chillers
• Pumps
• Thermal Storage Tanks
• DG Sets
• HVAC Systems
• Piping
• Structural Fabrication
• Pressure Vessels
• Electrical Control Panels
• Good understanding of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Ensure timely submission of weekly expediting reports, dashboards, and recovery plans by field expediters.
• Review and maintain records of vendor visits, progress assessments, and action trackers.
• Present project status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to project teams and senior management.
• Monitor overall expediting performance and ensure continuous process improvement.
