Conoco Phillips is offering a 2025 internship program across Alaska, Lower 48, and Global Technical Function organizations. Interns will join established engineering and operations teams, work on real projects, and receive technical mentorship and professional development.
Phase 1 internships target students with two summers before graduation;
Phase 2 for one summer left. Programs run 10–11 weeks with optional hybrid work depending on group and schedule.
