Device Field Test & Post Processing Engineer

Key Responsibilities Execute planned test cases in field and capture observations and device logs. Perform device flashing, sanity testing, functional testing, and performance testing. Identify abnormalities in device behavior from a user as well as call flow perspective. Post process and analyze logs taken during field testing for identifying defects, raising tickets & following up with the relevant teams. Test and evaluate device builds and models from different vendors.

Conduct debugging session with vendor teams, provide logs and other data to assist in resolutions Follow field test schedule, planning and execution and in accordance with project’s plan and objectives. Coordinate with other team members to resolve issues related to testing. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of test equipment. Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience with industry standard test tools and processing. Deep knowledge of , LTE, VOLTE, and Vo Wi Fi  calls flows. Extensive experience with device flashing, sanity testing, functional testing, and performance testing.

Experience with functional, KPI and GUI Testing, and application Testing. Solid experience in QXDM & QCAT experience required. Extensive experience with RF testing and troubleshooting.
