Support the Philadelphia Talent team in all aspects of buying responsibilities, including offer sheets, show coverage, and settlements.;
Create and prepare deal sheets in Rome; obtain and release holds from third-party venues and distribute holds.;
Coordinate with artist representatives, venues, and internal staff to set up announce and on-sale dates; update show forecasts.;
Prepare and distribute Show Confirmations and Event Status Sheets; maintain templates and venue/artist information in Rome; manage show files.;
Represent Live Nation on-site at events and assist with artist experience initiatives, tickets, and on-site logistics.
